Stayed at a stunning hotel with great amenities and beautiful scenery. Loved the luxurious pool and the private beach with clear waters. Appreciated the friendly staff and their helpfulness in providing information about the surrounding area. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it.

Wish the check-in process was smoother and less time-consuming. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updates.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the spacious and well-fitted rooms had a beautiful view of the wildlife. the beach area was clean and relaxing, with friendly staff who offered great service. the restaurants provided delicious meals, especially the Italian and Mexican ones.

The pools were a bit small and crowded, but we managed to enjoy them anyway. While the dinners lacked variety, the buffet provided a great selection of food.

Great location and beautiful grounds with nice views. It was fun to see the animals roaming around. the staff was friendly, especially the waiters who knew us by name. the buffet breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was always fresh.

The room was not clean, there was dust on the furniture and the bathroom needed attention. the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy.
